If the products cannot be delivered or suffer defects during delivery, the customer can request the immediate return of the amounts already collected by SC SOFKO MEDSRL, but no other compensation. The maximum amount of SC SOFKO MEDSRL's obligations to any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by SC SOFKO MEDSRL from such customer.

RETURN OF ORDERED products
Apart from the cases cited above, the customer has the right to, within 7 calendar days of receiving the ordered products, notify SC SOFKO MEDSRL in writing of his decision to abandon the ordered products, without the obligation to cite a specific reason.
SC SOFKO MED SRL is obliged to return within 14 calendar days the value of the products ordered, if they have been paid.
Pharmaceutical products are NOT returnable.
STOCKS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE
The stock displayed on the site next to each product represents information related to the physical stock in the work points. The price displayed on the website next to each product is only valid for online orders, the price at each point of sale may vary. The exception is the prescription products, which cannot be ordered online, for which the price shown is that of the SOFKO MED workplace.

When the maximum limit is reached for a certain product, a notification message will be displayed on the screen to this effect "Information - the requested quantity exceeds the maximum limit of 3, 5, 6, 10 pieces per order"; The customer must choose the delivery method available for the desired products. In the product description, there is a section of Delivery Options where the variants by which the products can be delivered are presented: Deliverable in Pachetomat/Romanian Post Offices via Poșta Panduri, Deliverable to the door by courier, and/or Pickup from the headquarters. SOFKO MED can deliver OTC medicines only in ROMANIA.

Regardless of the type of purchase (delivery/pickup), OTC drugs cannot be returned.
NOTICES ONLINE ORDERS
SC SOFKO MEDSRL may send notifications to customers for orders registered on the Allophthalmology.com website using one or more methods: phone call, EMAIL(inbox/spam) and SMS, with their consent.

WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS

SC SOFKO MED SRL charges an additional fee to the customer in the case of orders with pickup from the office, this being a standard fee of 0.50 euo VAT included, representing the cost of the eco bags used to pack the order.
